There are lots of ways to contact us! The preferred method of communication is via email. I usually answer all emails within an hour or two.
If it’s important and you need to speak to me directly then feel free to call my mobile, but I do apologise in advance as I do have a full-time job so there are lots of times during the day that I just can’t take a call. Please leave a message and I will call you back asap 🙂
If your enquiry can wait a couple of hours then please feel free to shoot an email to tony@hyperiontrading.com.au. I try and answer all emails within an hour or so. Please try and include any reference numbers like order number or product ID so that I can look into the issue before I email you back

For product support, setup assistance, or troubleshooting, please feel free to book a time to visit our Richmond showroom. I’m alwayse happy to provide a hands-on demonstration or resolve any issues with you in person.
